Justin has over thirty years of experience in business, economic and organizational development. Over the years, he has been involved in the growth and development of over 300 companies in multiple industries and countries.

He is an educator, corporate trainer, organizational, business and economic development consultant with extensive experience in finance and international commerce.

He has led multidisciplinary teams on a variety of consulting projects including: strategic planning and deployment, leadership, organizational change, business process analysis, restructuring, outcome based economic development strategy, mergers and acquisition and systems integration in North America, Latin America and Nigeria.

He was a member of the adjunct faculty for School of Global Management, Johnson & Wales University, Special Lecturer Providence College and Senior Business Educator and Coach for corporate and institutional clients of the Center for Business & Industrial Training, Community College of Rhode Island., USA.

Over the years, , he has written, presented and delivered over 100 articles, workshops, trainings and lectures.

Among others, he was a member of the Economic Development Transition Team for Providence Mayor Elect Angel Tavares and one of the co-creators “A Call to Action” an economic development strategy project paper for the city of Providence, Rhode Island, USA
