Violet is responsible for compliance and operations at Thomas Macaulay Capital. Prior to this, she has been an Associate with the Corporate Services and Tax Group of Aina Blankson LLP.

Violet is a highly resourceful and commercially astute lawyer. Her diligence and commitment to work continually demonstrates her passion for the Law. Violet has expertise in company secretarial and legal advisory services with particular focus on regulatory compliance. She advises indigenous and multilateral organizations on the regulatory framework for doing business in Nigeria. She also has vast experience in drafting and reviewing cross border contracts, restructuring corporations and advising on tax related matters. Violet’s understanding of the workings of the real estate industry coupled with her ability to proffer sound business and legal advisory services on transactions within this industry has been some of her major assets.

With Violet’s creative skills, her ability to undertake in-depth analysis of the client’s business and apply herself towards exceeding the client’s wants, she continually stands out from her contemporaries.

She holds LLB and BL degrees from the University of Nigeria and Nigerian Law School respectively, and she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria
